Team Banquet

February 27, 2012

Join your swim team friends, families and coaches March 20 from 6:30-8:30 for a celebration dinner and awards banquet. Dress is dressy casual (no jeans, t-shirts. track pants). Information on how to register is here (PDF). Registration closes March 12. No meals will be sold at the door.

Change in Escrow Policy

February 23, 2012

Escrow Balances will be updated for the end of the season to family accounts (by the 3/15 SC and 8/15 LC each year). This amount (credit or debit) will bring all families to a $0 balance. All swimmers will be charged an escrow amount to credit their account for the upcoming swim season upon registration of any additional season.

Y Meets Attended List

January 26, 2012

The Y meets attended list has been updated. This will tell you how many Y meets you have participated in this season. You need to have participated in three or more Y meets to be eligible to swim in the March-April Y championship meets. Let us know if you see an error. Remember, we swim in both Y and USA swimming meets. Only Y meets are counted on this list.

Practice Group Moves and Your Y Meet Count

December 5th is the next move-up date. Check the move up list to see if your practice group will be changing.

Also, check the Y meet participation list to see how many Y meets you have attended this season. You need to have participated in three or more Y meets to be eligible to swim in the March-April Y championship meets. Let us know if you see an error. Changes to Saturday Thanksgiving Classic Sessions

November 16, 2011

Because of an unforeseen football playoff game, Naperville Central HS has required that the Saturday sessions of the Thanksgiving Classic end by early afternoon. This will require several changes to the schedule including:

• Canceling the Saturday PM session and moving most Saturday PM 13-14 and 15+ events to the AM session.
• Canceling all 8 and under events for Saturday
• Moving the meet start time for Saturday to 7:45a

The new event list and modified entries for the Saturday session are posted on the meet information page. B.R. Ryall's announcement of the necessary changes has more information.

Note: These changes are for Saturday only. The Sunday schedule remains unchanged.

2011-12 Short Course Season Registration

Fall/Winter short course season registration information for both new and returning swimmers is now available on our registration page. Registration will open on August 8th for returning swimmers.

Join us! New athlete try-outs will be held at the West Cook YMCA on September 12 5-7 pm and September 14 5-7 pm.
